When I arrived at the Hotel in the dark it had a sign on the door CLOSED But go 20 mt down the Canal to hotel Olimpia.This is unacceptable treatment , I wasn't notified not your usual service Booking .com.I believe the owner owns both Hotels .The staff and the Hotel were great not their fault but I told them to report to their Management that you would not be happy that you were not notified of this change

The location is great - near the bus and train stations so you dont need to drag your luggage over many bridges. It is very easy to get from there to the main tourist attractions and enjoy great views of canals along the way. The hotel has a lift and cute, elegant decor. The staff is also very friendly and helpful!

Ideal location to the bus terminal, with only a couple of minutes walk. This was important as I didnt want the expense of a water taxi or the prospect of dragging cases through the narrow crowded streets of Venice. The hotel was super convenient and an easy journey from Marco Polo Airport. Its a 24 hour reception and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location was great- close to car park, train station , buses and vaporettos.Large shower with rain shower was very nice.Staff was super helpful and it was very clean.
